About Us
Allan Johnson & Grant Saunders, Johnson & Saunders Ltd. Masters at the art of growth.
Taking over a failing wedding events company in 2015, 4 years later we are the largest event organiser of our kind. We were awarded 'The Best Of' in the most prestigious awards event in the industry and we were recognised for taking exhibition shows from quiet, mundane exhibitions to vibrant, busy and sought after events.
A background in entertainment really helped with this, and when you apply a cutting edge marketing formula, precision planning, and the drive to make our events the best the industry has ever seen, you end up being one of the most successful exhibition organisers in the North.
Throughout 2019 and early 2020 our reputation grew, and so did the list of venues that asked for our help. We organised exhibitions all over the UK, under our new national brand.
The pandemic brought the events industry to a halt, forcing us to adapt and take our events into the virtual world. We organised over 50 virtual exhibitions whilst keeping our industry positive and motivated. We created a new platform for our suppliers to engage with their customers, and even offered free training for the less tech savvy.
Our job now is to continue to do what we always do which is help businesses and provide the best platform to market themselves.
Like a lot of people during the pandemic, we have looked at where we want our company to go, asked ourselves - who do we want to help, what are our passions?
We have always shared a passion for Huddersfield, wanting it to do well, wanting business to thrive and succeed. The pandemic has given us the chance to act on something we have wanted to do for a long time, that is to bring what we have done for the events industry to our home town, and help its business, its people thrive and be successful.
